My son received a speeding ticket that he could not afford to have on his license. He has already received a couple prior to turning 18, let alone the affect on our insurance etc. He had been told about Dan from one of his friends that has used him in the past. I found Dan on this and other sites after my teenage daughter got a speeding ticket that we did not want on her record or affecting our insurance rates. He was prompt and professional from the get-go. He kept in touch with us from the time we considered hiring him, let us know when the hearing was scheduled, touched base with us the day before, and got in touch with us immediately afterward. This was extremely helpful as my daughter left for college before the hearing and he went on her behalf. He called us right after court to tell us he had gotten the ticket dismissed and she did not owe any money beyond his fee (which my daughter had already paid upfront). We can’t thank Dan Samas enough. He was so responsive to any queries we had. Right from the beginning when we first discussed the case with him, he was very frank about his opinion about the case even in the free consultation. Speeding, Single Occupant Using Carpool Lane to Pass, Ignoring Carpool Lane Marker. Dan was able to get all 3 of my tickets dismissed on a technicality. I was organizing some files on my desk and I came across some paperwork for a contested hearing that I totally had forgotten about and of course it was set for the very next day. Needless to say, I instantly had to address this problem and pursue legal advice & representation. I was in dire need for legal advice and naturally, I needed imminent feedback from a well-established attorney. After running some due diligence on the web, I narrowed it down to about four attorneys and Mr. Dan J. Samas called me back immediately and he truly stood out from the rest of pack.
