If our office is not successful in keeping the original moving violation off your Department of Licensing driving record—whether through dismissal, deferred finding, amendment to a non-moving violation, or amendment to a less serious charge (for example, negligent driving to speeding, or to a lower speed)—your payment will be refunded.

Refund requests must be submitted to our office in writing.
