Due to high volume, intake of Washington State Patrol cases in the Everett and South Division of Snohomish County District Court is now case‑by‑case. Email the ticket or infraction number to dan@samaslaw.com first. We still accept all city‑police tickets in those courts, and all other courts we handle — including Evergreen and Cascade — are not impacted.

Base fee is $275 traffic ticket legal representation for civil cases in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties and District Courts in Thurston, Kitsap, Skagit, and Whatcom County.
Add $50 per additional infraction on citation (Neg Driving 2nd Add’l Fee)
