Hiring us is simple and fully online. After you submit your form (scroll down) and payment  or legal insurance coverage information, our office reviews your citation and your case opens immediately.

We are temporarily pausing intake of cases from the Everett and South Divisions involving Washington State Patrol or the Snohomish County Sheriff. All other courts that we handle — including Evergreen, Cascade, and all city‑police cases — are not impacted.

Fees: $325 per ticket (Add $50 per additional infraction on citation). $550 flat fee per ticket for Negligent Driving 2nd Degree. If you do not have legal insurance, payment is required immediately after you submit the form.

Pre-Paid Legal Insurance: If you are insured, you may ignore the payment page. We verify your coverage after receiving your form and will only contact you if there is a coverage issue or if we need additional information.

Please also mark the contested box on the back of your ticket and mail it to the court.
We will reach out only if additional information is required. You usually do not need to appear in court. If your appearance is ever required, we will contact you directly. After filling out this form you will be routed to a secure page to make payment to our office.
